Design Iterations

Using collaborative methods, our designs aim to convey our clients' envisioned ideas. While we may not always hit the mark initially, we persistently collaborate with our clients to ensure their vision is realized. We arrange in-person or virtual meetings to present the intended concept of your project.

 

Recognizing that some clients might struggle to visualize 2D floor plans, we provide 3D modeling and renderings to vividly bring your vision into reality.

 

Our studio will diligently assess the choices made during the design process to guarantee seamless coordination among all aspects and the fulfillment of your vision, all within the confines of your budget and timeline.

Complete Architectural/Permit/Construction Set

After the design is approved, we'll transform it into detailed working drawings, which serve as our submission to the local Building Department and serve as the foundation for the contractor's construction work.

​Permits and Approvals
 

Depending on your location, supplementary permits beyond the Building Permit, like TRCA, NEC, CVC, etc., may be necessary. We will handle the coordination of all these additional permit applications.

Construction
 

If you've already selected a builder, we'll arrange a meeting to introduce them to the Architectural Drawings Package, go over project specifics, and provide an overview of approved permits.

If you're unsure about reputable builders, we collaborate with a group of builders renowned for their outstanding track record in the construction field.

Throughout the construction phase, we remain accessible for any inquiries and to provide clarification to you or the contractor. We highly recommend on-site inspections during this process, as they enable us to assess the proper installation of structural and design components as specified in our Architectural Drawing Package.
